However in the unfortunate event that you be displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services/product you purchase/sell and its redemption conditions.

We will be refunding the amount under the below given conditions:
- Technical Issues: Double or duplicate order; double payment charged for the same order
- Booked product from out of India by mistake and the same is not serviceable by us.
Note the refund % will be based on following criteria:
a. Refund 100% of Product Price if the issue is reported within 3 days from the date of delivery excluding postage & freight charges.
b. Refund 90% of Product Price if the issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery excluding postage & freight charges.
c. Refund 75% of Product Price if the issue is reported within 15 days from the date of delivery excluding postage & freight charges.
d. Refund 50% of Product Price if the issue is reported within 30 days from the date of delivery excluding postage & freight charges.
Exclusions
No refund will be processed for unconsumed services.
